Meet Scott C. Crowley, J.D., Ph.D.
Drawing on a career than spans a large variety of litigation, Scott’s value on the role of mediation for resolving disputes led him to become a mediator in Georgia. The combination of serving as a plaintiff’s attorney, defense counsel, and the “adjuster” for hundreds of disputes makes Scott unique as a mediator because he can relate to each of the unique parties at the table. Scott’s extensive experience allows him to understand complex claims including those with thorny legal issues. Scott is a skilled listener whose energy and passion for mediation resonate clearly during any dispute.
Fee Structure
Mediation Rates (4 hour minimum)

2 Party Case: $400 per party; per hour

3 Party Case: $350 per party; per hour

4 Party Case: $300 per party; per hour

5+ Party Case: Flat Rate Available Upon Request
Pre/Post Consultation & Document Review: Hourly Mediation/Arbitration Rate
